Online Banking Secure Messages
Did you know as a PFCU member enrolled in Online Banking; you can send the PFCU team secure messages directly? You can also send JPG and/or PNG attachments! All data included in these messages is encrypted for your safety.
In the desktop format of PFCU Online banking, log in and look for the envelope icon in the upper right corner.
In the mobile app, log in, click on your initials, and select secure messages.

Please note that emails received after 3:45 p.m. EST Monday - Friday and after 11:45 a.m. EST Saturdays may not be addressed until the following business day
