Online Banking Secure Messages

Did you know as a PFCU member enrolled in Online Banking; you can send the PFCU team secure messages directly?  You can also send JPG and/or PNG attachments!  All data included in these messages is encrypted for your safety. 

In the desktop format of PFCU Online banking, log in and look for the envelope icon in the upper right corner.   

In the mobile app, log in, click on your initials, and select secure messages.

If you want to send confidential information via email, please contact the appropriate department listed above via email. Someone from the department will respond by sending you a secure email. You can then reply to the secure email and include your information. Your email will be sent to the credit union in a secure manner.
